  • Sony Announces New PlayStation VR Deals and Bundles

There will also be two enticing PlayStation VR bundle deals available between February 18 and March 3.

One of the bundles included in the promotion is the PlayStation VR Doom VFR Bundle, which comes with a PlayStation VR headset, PlayStation Camera, the PS VR Demo Disc 2.0 and the Doom VFR Blu-ray Disc. Doom VFR provides a fresh perspective by presenting the fast-paced kinetic gameplay with an all-new virtual reality experience. This PS VR bundle will include the PS VR headset, PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move controllers, the PS VR Demo Disc 2.0 and of course "Skyrim VR". The package that includes the PSVR headset, the PlayStation Camera, and the PlayStation Move Motion controllers in various configurations will work on all PS4 console models. Again, you'll have to wait until February 18 until the discounted prices take effect.

If you have been kicking yourself for missing out on the deals that were offered on the PlayStation VR during the holiday season, you can make it up to yourself this weekend. Thanks to an upcoming sale on some special bundles, the PSVR will now sport some very appealing price tags, making it much more affordable. If you want to play Doom, you should get the cheaper package, buy the game separately, and save a bunch of money. The "Skyrim VR Bundle" regular price is $449.99.

These PS VR bundle deals are only available in the United States at participating retailers like GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy and Target. PlayStation saw a great increase in VR headset sales with some great Black Friday/Holiday deals at the end of 2017 and are looking to continue that into 2018.

If you were hoping for a price drop for PlayStation VR, your prayers have been heard.
