  • Queen Elizabeth says yes to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle wedding!

As the former Suits star prepares to become a royal, she gets to wear outfits from the world's top designers, and at her first official event with Queen Elizabeth II on Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey in London, Meghan stunned in a simple cream coat and black dress by Amanda Wakeley, a cream hat by Stephen Jones, and blue Manolo Blahnik BB pumps. Her Majesty made the announcement yesterday in a letter to the Privy Council, her official group of advisors.

Meghan Markle is the latest victim of having half-naked photos posted online, and the leak is sure to cause a royal nightmare for Prince Harry.

Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle during an official photocall to announce their engagement at The Sunken Gardens at Kensington Palace on November 27, 2017 in London, England.

But clearly a number of you have forgotten what this name business is about, so let us explain... Markle's future husband, Prince Harry, attended as well.

In fact, Harry actually has three more names, with his full name being Henry Charles Albert David.

The more you know.

Harry is fifth in line after his father Prince Charles, brother Prince William and William's children George and Charlotte.

Now that's a mouthful for Meghan to say at the alter. It could be seen that the Queen simply addressed Meghan as "Rachel Meghan Markle".

One of those whose name has been suggested is Stella McCartney, who was behind British human rights lawyer Amal Clooney's cream-colored trouser suit for her civil marriage ceremony to USA actor George Clooney, as well as the coat Markle wore on a visit to Cardiff earlier this year.

It's not known at what stage Meghan chose to go by her middle name, but it's not uncommon for celebrities to have a switch-up when it comes to their moniker in Hollywood.

Should Prince Harry have married Meghan without the monarch's approval, he and his descendants would be banned from ever ascending to the throne.

And the 91-year-old royal is further said to be considering whether to hand over her Sandringham Estate cottage to Harry and his wife-to-be, as the most lavish wedding present ever.

Perhaps some last minute "how to be a royal" lessons took place as Meghan stepped out in her most regal look yet: a cream ensemble by British designer Amanda Wakeley.

But will Meghan be referred to as "Meghan, Duchess of So-and-So, ' or 'Rachel, Duchess of So-and-So"? 'Her rank would be a princess by marriage of the United Kingdom, Great Britain and Northern Ireland'.
