Completing an unannounced set of conditions will unlock the special assignment quest for the new monster.

Capcom has just concluded a lengthy live stream, announcing details of upcoming updates for Monster Hunter: World.

The update will be released this March 22nd. His inclusion also brings new weapons of every type with two high-rank armor sets being made available for player and of course a new armor set for the helpful palicos. Now Monster Hunter World fans are in for another crossover surprise with the announcement of the Mega Man Palico Gear, said to be arriving mid-April.

The major Monster Hunter World update will also include a "Spring Blossom Fest" event, which will include daily activities and will re-decorate the camp to a more festive atmosphere.

Monster Hunter World took the world by storm when it was released a few months back, bringing the magic of this beloved franchise to an updated aesthetic and control scheme on modern consoles.

So far as events go, World players can participate in the Spring Blossom Fest which runs from April 6th to April 20th.

Here's how this works: the character edit voucher is a paid item, but you'll actually be given one for free on March 16.

Other changes being introduced are the ability to edit your character's look - it seems as though you will only be able to do this once, however, with additional changes available by purchasing tickets.

Capcom will be giving away one free voucher on March 16 that will let you edit your hunter's gender and physical appearance.

Added "Return to Gathering Hub" (single player) and "Disband & Return to Gathering Hub" (multiplayer) to the options for "Select Return Destination" after a quest has been completed.Added the "Text Size" setting for changing subtitle text size, under Start Menu Options Game Settings.
