  • Meghan Markle Prince Harry and his wife have introduced a labrador into their home

According to Daily Mail, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently adopted a Labrador, who is now staying at the Nottingham Cottage with them.

The 33-year-old prince and the 37-year-old duchess have reportedly adopted a new dog together, People mag reports.

The couple are already dog parents to Meghan's Beagle Guy.

Meghan has never been shy of sharing her love of dogs, who had to leave one of her pets, Bogart, behind when she moved to London previous year.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex added a labrador to their household at Kensington Palace, according to the Daily Mail.

So what does this new canine addition to the family look like? Shortly after tying the knot in 2011, William and Kate got a Cocker spaniel named Lupo.

It's been an eventful summer for Meghan, who, in addition to adjusting to life as the Duchess of Sussex, has been dealing with her family speaking out about her in the press.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle leave the wedding of Charlie Van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks in Frensham, U.K., August 4, 2018. She is known for helping rescue puppies and is also against harming animals. "I think he's doing just fine".

Some reports claim that Harry and Meghan have considered using an "aggressive strategy" to end the ongoing drama, but others say that she has no intention of setting "the record straight" when it comes to her dad. "We were playing around with him", Daniel Martin, Meghan's longtime makeup artist and close friend who did her wedding-day makeup, told Good Morning America last month. While no one knows exactly when Meghan Markle will get pregnant, one thing is for certain: Buckingham Palace will confirm the news before the tabloids.
