For the first time together, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry visited the place that inspired their royal titles.

They also visited the University of Chichester's Engineering and Digital Technology Park and The Royal Pavilion.

Meghan married Queen Elizabeth's grandson Harry in May this year, and on Wednesday the couple visited the so-called Sussex Declaration one of only two known handwritten parchment copies of America's formative text, at Edes House in Chichester.

Meghan kept it classy sporting a cream Giorgio Armani coat paired with a dark green button-down, a leather pencil skirt and beige heels. Harry, handsome as always, stepped out wearing a grey suit, brown shoes and open-necked white shirt.

The couple chatted with cellist Laura Ritchie, originally from Chicago, and joked that she has lost her accent. "I think that's fantastic", he teased.

Harry and Meghan then visited the coastal town of Peacehaven, where they met youngsters at the JOFF Youth Centre.

But the duke then suggested the drawing may indeed depict their beagle Guy. "Who's a good boy?"

It's the answer to the old question: what do you get for the duke and duchess who have everything?

And just in case you were wondering what kind of foods Meghan eats to complement her workouts, we've included a short video below outlining her day on a plate.
